Meade Construction Group, Inc. performed this challenging project design / build with all planning, architectural, structural, MEP, and shielding design under our direction. A very tightly constrained building layout and fast 3-month schedule necessitated rigorous process control from the start of design through permitting, construction, equipment installation and start-up. Working with the design team, equipment manufacturers and VRI, the Meade team met all milestone dates, starting the project right on time and finishing examination rooms well in advance of equipment delivery deadlines.

Close coordination with City permitting and inspection authorities ensured that occupancy requirements were clearly understood and provided for early, with no surprises. A trusting, committed team of designers, subcontractors and client representatives tackled all new issues and potential problems collaboratively, making this the smoothest imaging center project in VRI’s history.
