Cordis, a new business unit with undefined research and development requirements, moved into a building previously used for similar activities but required the space to function both for its laboratory use and as a sales and marketing hub.

This necessitated reconfiguration of office and common spaces, construction of a state-of-the-art presentation space for interaction of potential clients with new technology.

Laboratories and clean rooms required upgrade and modification. Meade Construction Group, Inc. worked closely with Cordis and Kling to organize the work to support employee occupancy during the construction activities in other parts of the facility without limiting the efficiency of either.
