This project involved the remodel of approximately 32,000 square feet of office space in an occupied building.
Serena Software needed to take occupancy in two months. This was an extremely aggressive schedule.
The project consisted of a new boardroom; new offices throughout and modifications to the existing finishes. Tight coordination with the furniture installation and data/telephone contractor were critical to our success.
The exiting and life safety system had to be modified to meet new codes. First class interior finishes required extra attention to quality.
This project was completed in eight weeks. Serena was able to take occupancy three weeks sooner than they anticipated.
