Major renovation of old warehouse

Our project for Tyco was to renovate a huge old warehouse into modern distribution, compounding and office facilities.

With minimal as-built information, we removed and replaced existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure and modernized all areas of the facility.

To complete the installation of the electrical system and controls, our team had to review existing equipment requirements manually because of missing documentation.

Coordination with occupied areas adjacent to the work complicated the logistics. Late receipt of City permits further impacted sequencing, requiring some creative solutions.

Our work included reroofing with simultaneous removal and reinstallation of dozens of HVAC units.

We also installed a new fire alarm system meeting current City requirements throughout the building.
