This project included construction of a 24 station outpatient Dialysis Clinic within an existing new building.

This OSHPD 3 project was the first constructed under the jurisdiction of the City of Tracy, necessitating a steep learning curve on their part.

This project was completed on an accelerated schedule, where Meade worked hand in hand with the Shell Contractor to coordinate and install the underground plumbing and electrical prior to the slab on grade.

The primary patient space includes comfortable seating during dialysis with all plumbing and process work hidden in casework along the perimeter walls.

Infrastructure includes a huge RODI water filtration and distribution system.

Other spaces constructed included a Filter Re-use Room, Utility Rooms, Bio Waste, Equipment, Conference Room, and Offices.
